As a family owned and run business, our policy is to train and develop our staff to achieve their full potential and to promote from within our companies wherever possible.

We are always interested in people who enjoy working with the public and to whom teamwork and great customer service comes naturally. Of course, sometimes previous experience is necessary and it would be great if you have worked in a hotel before, but it's not always essential and full training is available.

Our package comprises a competitive salary, hotel discounts, a Company reward scheme, awards for long service, annual leave entitlement which rises with service, meals on duty and a uniform or uniform allowance

About the Webb Hotel Group

Webb Hotel Group is a collection of family-owned and run properties in the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Gloucestershire. The four hotels and one country pub in our portfolio are all independently owned and run by the Webb family, who bought Moor Hall in 1961 and have been creating wonderful guest experiences for over 50 years.

Today, the Webb Hotel Group remains very much a hands-on family business with Michael Webb as Chairman, and his daughter Angela Burns as Chief Executive. Third generation Webb family members are also actively involved in the day to day running of the properties. The family are proud of their family history and the strong sense of values that have driven their success and which remain firmly at the heart of the business.
