Webb Hotel Group is a collection of family-owned and run properties in the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Gloucestershire. The four hotels and one country pub in our portfolio are all independently owned and run by the Webb family, who bought Moor Hall in 1961 and have been creating wonderful guest experiences for over 50 years.

Today, the Webb Hotel Group remains very much a hands-on family business with Michael Webb as Chairman, and his daughter Angela Burns as Chief Executive. Third generation Webb family members are also actively involved in the day to day running of the properties. The family are proud of their family history and the strong sense of values that have driven their success and which remain firmly at the heart of the business.

The philosophy of personal service and attention to detail has always been the backbone of our businesses and our family ownership gives us the freedom to continually reinvest to ensure that we offer our guests an exceptional experience whenever they visit us.

We like to offer our team an exceptional experience too. We genuinely care about each and every one of our employees, we are proud to have them working for us and we aim to make their time with us both enjoyable and rewarding. Many of our employees have been loyal to us for a number of years and the vast majority of our customers return time after time. We see these as two of the best accolades we could ever have!

We believe that people should be judged on their ability and their potential. Our policy is to train and develop our staff and wherever possible to promote from within. We are always interested in people, with or without experience, who enjoy working with the public and to whom customer service comes naturally. Of course, sometimes previous experience is needed and it would be great if you have worked in a hotel before, but it’s not always essential and full training is available.
